Designation: Executive - Sales & Marketing
Job Description:
  • Responsible for Marketing and Sales of Embedded and Analog tools based on Texas Instruments Semiconductors to Educational Market
  • Achieve assigned Revenue target by conducting end-to-end Sales & Marketing activities from Assigned Region
  • Responsible for Lead Generation through
    • Cold Calling
    • Email Campaign
    • Direct Customer Visit
  • Responsible in organizing technical seminars/workshops to boost sales pipeline in coordination with Technical Support Team.
  • Responsible to provide Pre-Sales guidance to customers
  • Responsible to conduct Product introductory sessions during Exhibits, seminars other promotional Events
  • Responsible to prepare competitive business proposals by evaluating offering from competitors, Identify opportunities and covert them into Sales
  • Responsible to Manage Existing accounts and Develop new accounts
  • Coordinate with Support Team for Training, Installation and Payments/Collections
Candidate Profile:
  • Should have 2 years of Experience in Marketing & Sales of Embedded Hardware and Software Products
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Quick Learner, Hardworking and Good analytical capacity
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Competitive towards reaching Goals, Positive Attitude
  • Familiar with Microcontrollers, Microprocessors and Simulation Software Like IAR, Kiel-MDK
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience:
Qualification: BE in ECE/EIE/EEE with a MBA (Desirable)

Job Description:
The ideal candidate needs to Architect and manage & direct teams in software development for our US based projects.
‘Proven' experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, analytics, ETL (extraction, transformation and loading), and other similar technologies and products.
A hands on professional with strong background in object oriented methodologies, .Net Framework and technologies.
Must have developed multiple enterprise software applications.
Should have exposure to BPO (business Process Outsourcing ) industry and its packages including call centers.
Will be involved in Requirements definitions (FRS/SRS), meeting project timelines, managing change requests, doing impact analysis etc.
Will be responsible for and involved in HLD/LLD/Seq. Diags/Class Diags/Adhere to best practices and Coding Standards/Code Review/Unit Testing/Integration Testing/Defect Tracking/Version Control/Build & Deployment etc.
Should have knowledge of ISO Quality processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of statistics is a plus.
Exposure to working in a fast paced iterative development environment, a distinct plus.

Experience in .NET Technologies
Must have working knowledge SQL and/or Oracle
