Designatio: Project Manager / Senior Architect
Job Description:
The ideal candidate needs to Architect and manage & direct teams in software development for our US based projects.
‘Proven' experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, analytics, ETL (extraction, transformation and loading), and other similar technologies and products.
A hands on professional with strong background in object oriented methodologies, .Net Framework and technologies.
Must have developed multiple enterprise software applications.
Should have exposure to BPO (business Process Outsourcing ) industry and its packages including call centers.
Will be involved in Requirements definitions (FRS/SRS), meeting project timelines, managing change requests, doing impact analysis etc.
Will be responsible for and involved in HLD/LLD/Seq. Diags/Class Diags/Adhere to best practices and Coding Standards/Code Review/Unit Testing/Integration Testing/Defect Tracking/Version Control/Build & Deployment etc.
Should have knowledge of ISO Quality processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of statistics is a plus.
Exposure to working in a fast paced iterative development environment, a distinct plus.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must have a BE/ME/MCA/MSc in Computer Science.
Experience in .NET Technologies
Must have working knowledge SQL and/or Oracle
Some functional knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Axapta etc.) is a plus.
10-15 years of experience in enterprise software application development in distributed computing environment.
Proven experience in developing applications using Web Services, SOA, Systems Programming, Management Instrumentation
Excellent verbal / written communication, technology management and people management skills expected.

Designation Team Leader (.Net / Java)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate needs to design/manage & direct teams in software development for our US based projects.
A hands on professional with strong background in object oriented methodologies, .Net Framework and / or Java (JX/JMX).
Must have exposure to at least one complete project lifecycle.
Should have been a team lead before at least for the duration of a complete project. Will be required to interface with customers.
Will be involved in Requirements definitions (FRS/SRS), meeting project timelines, managing change requests, doing impact analysis etc.
Will be responsible for and involved in HLD/LLD/Seq. Diags/Class Diags/Adhere to best practices and Coding Standards/Code Review/Unit Testing/Integration Testing/Defect Tracking/Version Control/Build & Deployment etc.

Work on multiple programs at one time with multiple requirements.
Exposure to working in a fast paced iterative development environment, a distinct plus.
