Job Description
- Drive marketing and sales of embedded and analog tools built on Texas Instruments semiconductors, targeting the educational market.
- Achieve revenue goals by executing comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives across the assigned region.
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including:
- Cold Calling
- Email Campaign
- Direct Customer Visit
- Organize technical seminars and workshops in collaboration with the Technical Support Team to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Provide pre-sales guidance to customers, ensuring clarity on product capabilities and applications.
- Conduct introductory product sessions during exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Prepare competitive business proposals by analyzing rival offerings, identifying opportunities, and converting them into sales.
- Manage existing accounts while actively developing new customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Support Team for training, installation, and payment/collection processes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and sales of embedded hardware and software products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- quick learner, hardworking, and equipped with strong analytical skills
- Good Negotiation skills
- Competitive towards reaching Goals, Positive Attitude
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and simulation tools such as IAR and Keil-MDK
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
